    The cameo is a good fake. The filigree was filthy, I should have done a before the vinegar bath photo. I'd rather people didn't clean them. The old toothbrush is now black! I suspect it's gold washed silver with some age to it.

    Shame about her nose-tip. You could use a tiny piece from your 'shell-like' choker necklace to replace it perhaps? The colour-match seems ideal for the job!

    I'm surprised how well it's done. It was only when I got the photo of the reverse that I suspected fake. Very wearable.
