    Very nice painting, looks like Greece.
    The name could be L. Kauth, Kauth is a German surname, and since the label is German....

    The framer/gallery is or was in Nuremberg; this could have been a souvenir piece, or just decorator. The surname looks more German than Greek to me too, so my guess is a German artist painted it in Greece and had it framed and sold when he/she got home.

    That’s why is so hard to read some signatures, who writes “n” like that?
