Jef Codron any idea where the best place to sell and is it collectable?

I just don't know if it is worth the time and effort to sell it. Is Jef Codron's art collectible and is there a value to it? If you were me where would you try to sell it?

    that imprinted seal makes me doubting a bit because Brussels is one hotspot for art copies and editions; besides Antwerp that is.
    what does it say ?
    nonetheless attractive.
