Bohemian Pulled Feather Vase ID

Anyone recognize the form as a particular maker?

 

I don't recognize it but let me run it by a buddy of mine

 

And for future reference, dimensions can and do help

I'm stumped and so is my buddy.

 

It is beautiful!
We have another member who knows a lot about Czechoslovakian glass, but he only made an appearance once. I'll tag @jericho anyway, who knows.

 

I doubt it's Bohemian, the shape and design are all wrong. I'm inclined to a more modern art glass maker.

 

this came out of one of those time-capsule estates where everything was packed away years ago and nothing new. I think at the least it would have to be pre 50s based on what it was with. has remnant of an old red label on the bottom as well.

 

That label looks like a retails price tag used in the 1950-60s and possibly earlier. I do think this is post WW2 but no idea who.
