help with origin/age of large chalkware vase

    hi, can anyone help with this presumably chalkware (sounds better than plaster !!) vase

    cant find anything like it, is it supposed to be carved wood effect, maybe german ?

    dont particularly like it !!

    Given the tavern scene -- and men wearing lederhosen -- would strongly suspect Germany too.

    This is not google friendly for some reason!
    Shape wise, more comes up if you call it a tureen or punch bowl.
