    A friend would like to sell this item, thus link to the auction. I do think it is an interesting and unusual item I haven’t seen before. Since I know the seller I can assure you all is on the up-and-up there.

    Apropos of nothing... Pet peeve of mine when eBay seller has a hefty starting auction bid ($199.00 in this case) and charges a large additional amount for shipping ($18.75 in this case.) Always think -- rightly or wrongly -- that it reveals a mingy spirit.

    I'm laughing! And... now that I've stopped... Of course there's nothing wrong for seller wanting to make a profit. It's just that being tricky about it raises all sorts of red flags.

    maybe you should have started off by saying....

    This item is being sold by Community Forklift, a nonprofit organization that turns our regions waste stream into a resource stream by recycling building materials and making them available at affordable prices.

    No profit here,..... 100% charity donation.....
