Some of us Yanks get the gist, but suffer from never having heard the original. (I'm guessing there's at least one serious East End accent in the mix.)

 

It's actually a sort of faux posh camp voice - the polari bit, that is. Kenneth Wiliams. Kenneth Horne was rather upper class, bless him.
