Good Morning From Montana

    My name is katy, let me start off by saying i sighned up a couple of days ago, and got help with a book. Oh my gosh you guys are so nice and helpful. I have been reading posts nonstop trying to learn and get tips. I am just starting to buy an inventory to sell online (scarey). My thoughts on online selling ebay alot of fees. I wonder if ebay is acually driving the prices down? What are your thought. Etsy? My own website? You folks have been in this arena longer. So your thoughts and experiences are greatly appreciated. Oh the trash bag full of books my dad wanted me to look up 2 of the book are worth 250. And 275. Giggling a trash bag. Thanks you guys i look forward to talking with you.

    Can’t help you with selling advice, as I really don’t sell. Many others here do and will probably have tips for you. I still look forward to seeing any finds you have to share!

    I guess one piece of advice when looking up books or anything for that matter for resale values, is to be sure to check SOLD prices not ASKING prices. An excellent spot for that is under Ebay Completed/SOLD. Only the items that actually sold can give you a price point, but perhaps you are researching that way already.

    Books can be a bit tricky as you also get into condition definitions, which are very specific with book buyers, so there is some learning curve to that, but easy enough to learn.

    Yeah books are not something i want to invest in. Since i have started my family keeps bringing me stuff to look up.lol for the love of family. :p thank you for you advice
