This large (10 inch tall and 6 1/2 inch diameter) green and yellow cased glass vase has a mid century feel to me. The green overlay has a pattern that looks vegetative like romaine lettuce. I'm not sure how they got the pattern of raised variable dots and indented lines. Maybe blown into a mold or some technique I have not come across yet. I hope the photos show this. The yellow is a startling deep shade. It sits on a clear glass foot. It is obviously hand blown, but not signed. I couldn't find anything like it, so I have come to ask. Any ideas are always welcomed and appreciated.

I suspect made in one of the very many Empoli factories.

Thank you. I wasn't sure There was only one vase remotely similar that was made and signed by an Italian master.

That was it. You are amazing! I actually found some with patterning - not like mine - but similar in looking at Empoli cased glass vases.

Splendid! It's the colour and shape - rather typical. And they do pattern sometimes.

The yellow color is definitely right. I'm seeing them labelled mid century with the wide mouth and Moretti with the pattern. Not that I give that any credence but it makes the search a little narrower. As always, your help is sincerely appreciated.

Any time. That lovely vicious colour is very mid century.
