Featured Anchor Hocking glass - Wexford perfume bottle??

This bottle looks like it was done in the Anchor Hocking Wexford pattern. However I have not been able to find documentation that there was a bottle made in this pattern. I could not even find this shape listed anywhere.

Full disclosure I "borrowed" this photo off of a listing on eBay.

It looks to be about 5" tall to the top of the stopper.

Did anyone else do this pattern or is this just a pressed glass bottle that resembles that pattern?

Help me let go of this listing because the seller is a newbie who is asking way too much & I am not even sure I could make back my money on the other bottles in the group.

Hi Peggy - I've got a link below to Cleopatra Boudoir's page. Cleopatra is an expert in this area. She used to visit the boards although I haven't seen her lately. The page below shows that Anchor Hocking did make some perfume bottles although it doesn't show your particular bottle. I would try to contact Cleopatra and see if she knows anything. Have you checked Imperial perfume bottles?
They made quite a few.

 

I have looked through my Imperial's Boudoir etcetera & Bedroom & Bathroom Glassware books without any success.

I can't remember when the last time I saw the listing & I am sure since it has been over 1 1/2 years it is likely been given up on or sold. However if you see one at a sale somewhere you might want to buy it.

As I have said before, you only regret the things you do not buy.

 

Came across one and purchased it as a gift to myself!!! Very BEAUTIFUL & EXQUISITE!!!

 

I did end up finding another one last year & it is already living in its new forever home.
