Wagon planter - old or new that's weathered?

    Someone is selling a "vintage" wagon planter that's about 31" long. But is it actually old or do you think it's one of the $20 wagons off of amazon and its weathered? How old do you think it might be?

    The seat is out of proportion and unusable so I'd guess last week and China.

    If it's a planter, why would the seat have any use ??

    You need to see the hardware up close....
