1931 Richard Arlen Gun Smoke Movie Ad is it a reprint?

Not sure on the method of printing here or if it even dates back to the 30s. I tried to get a close up of the printing I'm just curious if this may be a reprint or not. Judging by the price the previous person had on here they thought it was original. I only found another like this on the IMBD website but that' just info in the movie itself. Any info you guys could share on the type of printing would be greatly appreciated!

 

It would probably help to see what the back of the ad looks like.

Here's some pics of the back and the words at the bottom, I can' make them out looks like there was water damage to the bottom edge but I'm no expert on that. What style of printing would this be called like Lithograph or?

 

Photo mechanical offset lithograph........I think...

 

The fact the words are so blurry is concerning. Is it a thin cardboard or paper? Is that tape real or printed? Tack holes?

 

Good catch I didn' see that tape in person, and guess what...its printed...
