    Hello

I know this clock is not an expensive clock, but was hoping someone with more background in clocks can lend a hand with some feedback on it's age and background

The shelf clock below is approx. 7 1/2 x 9" consists of what I believe is a pine case with a brass repousse sheet / skin over the front of the case. The clock is inserts through the back and is compressed against the front of case.

The clock mechanism does not run, but is all there, I expect it is just gummed up from years of sitting, still makes a nice display piece. It is not weight driven, but wound.

I can find no maker's marks on the case or mechanism. The wood case is quite primitive, the brass skin on the front is quite nice. Most interested in approx. age.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
