Please help me identify Chinese or Japanese antique what is it? What would it be worth? How old?

    There is no forum for translating Chinese, because this is an antiques forum, not a translation site.;)

    Given the characters do not appear to be highly calligraphic in style, there's a fair chance I could translate them for you, but would indeed need larger, sharper, brighter photos to work from. The characters will need to be as clear as possible in order to accurate make out the strokes of each character.
