Also a finding in antique show. Just got a lot of sterlingware these two days.
This one I asked many dealers, they gave different opinions some says only around 1900, some says older. Confusing piece.
Here's more experts and I hope everyone can express your opinion. Thanks. And really appreciate your helps.

I suspect the marks are pseudo-marks and it is from around 1900 by the style. The little cherub theme was popular around then. It is found on British pieces which can be accurately dated by the hallmarks.
    Search for 'Reynolds Angels'
The pierced rim is consistent with late Victorian.

It is always useful to mention the size, and with silver, the weight of a piece.

If it is about 5 inches across it is probably a dressing table pin tray.

@afantiques Thank you for your reply. The weight is approximatly 9.7 oz.
Size is 9.2 inch. I saw it marked 800? Assume it is .800 silver.

A search for 'German silver bowl repousse cupids' turns up many similar pieces. Only looked at a few, but c. 1900 seems to be the consensus.

Apologies for this, I did not see the crown and crescent mark first time around, but I stand by the rest. Bit big for a pin tray, probably just meant to be decorative, could be intended as a card tray to go on a table in the entrance hall..
