Featured F.M. Doblmeier published postcards - K Roller artist

My wife and I have attempted a rather lengthy internet search regarding a postcard publisher by the name of F.M. Doblmeier. He published a series of postcards with New York City landmarks, done by an artist who signs his watercolor works as "K Roller" (Samuel Kagey Roller is the artist actual name, who is my great-grandfather). Does anyone have information about what happened to this publishing company? Or perhaps have seen any of the at least 14 postcards done by artist K Roller? I have attached an image of one. My family would love to, at the very least, compile a list of all the ones that were published with his artwork, and at the very most collect copies of each! Thanks!

Interesting that there's really nothing about a postcard publisher F. M. Doblemeier on the internet. Familysearch.org does have a 1940 census record for a Frank Martin Doblmeier who was selling greeting cards. Office at 220 Fifth Avenue in NYC. Other than that, can't find bubkus.

I also haven't found anything about F. M. Doblmeier (and kudos to @Debora for finding the full name... that's probably him!). However, I've now been reading about documentary filmmaker Martin Doblmeier. I was not familiar with his work. I wonder whether he is related to F. M. D. ... that's not relevant to this question, though.

 

Post cards would be natural merchandise for someone who sold greeting cards and he was in NYC, where lots of places sell post cards with scenes of NY to tourists. Do think Debora, as she so often does, has nailed it.

Checked the Museum of the City of New York.

They do have a postcard collection, but nada for Roller or Doblmeier.

Since there has been so much support on this, thought I would share more info about where we are in our search. We found a note in his daughter's belonging at the time of her death, with these 3 postcards enclosed. The note is written by the artist himself, and says "14 were made into postcards as of now." It was all enclosed in a greeting card of the Trinity Church one! So they made his art into both mediums, which reinforces the findings of this forum. This is how we know there are at least 14 out there! With your help, we now know of 7...half of them! Thank you!
