Gold Plate

    A beautiful Hand Painted Round Dinner or serving Plate
    It is painted Gold with Pink Roses and raised white flowers.
    It is 9 inch in Diameter. It has scalloped edges.
    There is a Chinese or Japanese maker mark on the reverse side
    Any info on it's age origin or use would be very helpful
    Also if anyone knows the name of this pattern
