I would like to get her to a museum or back to people that made her if anyone has an idea

Anne, she appears to be an inexpensive souvenir doll. Given costume, most likely from Alaska. If you do a Google Image search for "vintage souvenir doll Alaska," you'll see many similar.

Anne, you can go back and edit your post if you posted recently. That option lasts for quite a while, several hours at least.

I'm trying to understand how you can tell the rabbit fur clothes were Native made in Alaska vs. factory made in Taiwan (same as doll). Are there any labels or other indications inside the clothing?

No labels. I guess i cannot tell. I apologize for posting as if I know. Clothes look hand sewn so I made an assumption. Real fur and leather. And when i google 'vintage doll with real fur coat', the Alaskan inuit dolls and clothes look strikinfly similar. I will continue to search. If anyone can still help identify who made the clothes please do.

Anne, they were either made in Taiwan or in Alaska. It likely doesn't matter very much unless resale is your objective and then, of course, you'd want to be as factual as you are able. It might be helpful to do an eBay search for "vintage Inuit doll" for similars. Some still have their original tags which may help you compare and decide.
