Around here it's more of a "good luck" piece, as in good luck selling it. Victorian brown wood is pretty well dead.

Victorian circa 1900. Value here in The Midwest would be less than $200.00 at retail. Considerably less at auction or other wholesale venues. The marble top makes it more desirable than most.

Sad,but true Evelyb . I could see using this as a console table in a hallway or on a landing. Here in N. Fla you might get $150 on a great day.

    Hi,
When I was doing "Edwardian" I would have paid 400 for it. Here in Jersey you would be lucky to get 75 dollars for it.:oops::oops::oops:

The local ReStore might get that for it, or maybe $100 on a really good day. In an antique store it would just sit. Someone would buy it for the slab and trash the rest.

Are you selling it or trying to buy it?

It depends where you are and what economic demographics you are in.
Here in Northern CA, I'd price it around $150 - 175, and take the first reasonable offer. (I have a retail store)

If you are buying it for yourself, and it is what you like, suits your need and is in a price range you can afford, then go for it. You may not find another in as good a shape.
