I came across a pair of salt and pepper shakers that I can not find any information about online. They appear to be silver plated as there are no silver hallmarks and what appears to be base metal has worn through on a few spots. On the bottom of each it reads "Quaker Shaker Set Reg" Below that is a hallmark of what appears to be the head of a female colonial wearing a bonnet and below that is the number "192". I have polished one of them and left the other original to how it was found. Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer or provide any information on these? Pictures provided and thanks!

    Welcome to Antiquers Tyler!

I really can't help, but if you do a search on eBay completeds for Quaker Shaker you will find some similar to yours.

I have found some that are very similar on EBay but nothing exact or with the same hallmark. I'm more curious as to who manufactured it and about what year more than anything.

    Good job, Judy!

According to Rainwater, their silver plate mark post 1926 had the words Quaker and Silver vertically on the sides of the lady's head.
