Any Thoughts on an Asking Price for...

    ...this vase designed by: Max Laeuger (German, 1864 - 1952).

    Sold lot prices are all over the place. From $100+ - $10K+.

    I believe it dates circa 1890s.

    Size approx: 5-1/2 x 4-1/2 in.

    When was that sale for $3.7K? If it was a while ago, it may have a different market value now.

    I just was looking at Max Laeuger figurines while researching a handmade Madonna I purchased awhile back....
    It seems larger, vases with lots of handwork (hand painted design, slipwork) seem to sell in the higher range. Small vessels with simple mirror glazes and very little adornment sell in the 200+ range. Yet, there are a lot of both types don't sell at all. (opinion based on results from Priceminer & Liveauctioneers)
