Don't know a things about it, except that the name appears to be spelled Pisarski rather than Piskari.

According to the World Wide Web,
Pisarski is generally a Polish surname.

Nothing on the back. I got it at a Goodwill in Spokane WA for $30. Perfect condition. It’s not in front of me at the moment but it’s as big as the opening in the back of my Subaru Outback

Please post a photograph of the back. It will provide information as to age and whether your painting is a factory painted or not.

Hum. A number of Pisarski paintings floating about on the internet but no biographical information. And all with quite different subjects. I suspect a better decorative painter.

You cut off the information we need in the close-up of the stamp. But from the "Hecho en" alone, we know your painting is factory-made. Not fine art but decorative. In other words, a pretty picture meant to hang be hung and enjoyed. That said... Better quality than most.

Is was faint but said Mexico....wouldn’t that just be the frame? The painting is definitely original art and matches the signature of the other pieces shown above...hmmmm

No, that generally means it came out of a Mexican art factory. And that would explain why "Piskari" paints such a wide variety of subjects. Still, as I said above, he's a much better painter than one usually sees for decorative paintings.
