Two Asian Caricature Cartoon proverb prints

These are probably 'vintage' and not antique, but I am unable to find anything to compare them to online. They are Chinese, I think, with a label attached with the translation. "Judgment must compare the advantage and disadvantage - two sides" and "A true immortal looks down the money and power" They are stamped/signed and numbered and the paper is handmade. They are 6 3/4" x 10" and are taped in cello envelopes. I'm guessing a tourist brought them back from a trip to China? Thanks.

I like them, too. Don't really understand what the second inscription means, when looking at the picture. I notice the man appears to be frowning, or annoyed, or something.
