Beaucourt Round Commode

    Another piece inherited from my mother. I have the original ticket and receipt for it. It was purchased in 1977 from Harrods of London and is described as a "BEAUCOURT ROUND COMMODE" Finish "PARCHMENT" Country of Origin "USA"

    The door is in one piece and there is an internal shelf.

    Any ideas of where it might be from (yes, USA, I know but a little more specific ;-) )

    Mum and Dad were quite snobby - one nice piece from Harrods rather than a roomful of furniture from a high street retailer! Lol
