Ceiling bracket for the victorian/edwardian chandelier

Hello,

My Auntie has recently moved from a home where she has this chandelier up on the ceiling and it was somehow bolted to the ceiling and the other part is under the floorboards.

We have had an electrician out who just says he cannot do it as its an imperial measurement or something.

Looking at the fixture i would say there was a rod screwed into the base and then a floral type bracker in the ceiling with the rod screwed through and bolted down to the floorboards above.

Does anyone have any knowledge on this and where we could find a replacement? or indeed the terminology to look for something compatible? Thankyou

I refer to these as "lantern" style. Probably is a better term that someone may help me out with. Maybe "hanging pendant" could be another search criteria...

Any chance we can see a few more angles?
