Bronze figure - NOT N.A.

    Bev, they never said it was NA made, just that they thought it depicted a Native.

    He said someone told him it might have been used on the prow of a boat and since he thought it might be Seminole, that led me to understand he thought it was made by N.A. Why would they buy a commercial image made by white people to put on their boats? Didn't make sense. I can't imagine it being on a boat of any description.

    Seminoles used bow ornaments on their boats??

    This just gets weirder. Also, Seminoles don't bundle up like that, do they?

    If someone comes online and asks for an ID on, say, a figurine, and 10 people tells him it's new and made in Japan, while one person says it's 18th C German... how do you think that thing's going to be listed?

    At least in that case (yes I was lurking too) the OP marked the Japan ID as the solution. ;)
