Antique Doll Identification

    Hi, could anyone tell me what type of doll this is or a possible origin (country). It appears to be a jointed wood body (strings) with a possible bisque head. I haven't seen a dollhouse doll like this. Based on the clothing it looks to be antique.

    The more I compare the photos, they look more the same.

    Yes it is a Schoenhut Thanks! She is part of the humpty dumpty circus collection. Too bad she is in poor condition.

    Our local PBS station uses short clips from the British Antiques Roadshow to fill in between shows. One of those clips showed this circus and that doll.
