Chrome Plated Advertising Paperweight

I have a chrome plated advertising paperweight that I am trying to find info on. It is in the shape of a torch and has the words "Spread The Light With World Book". I assume this is for World Book encyclopedia, but was wondering if anyone could confirm this. Also wondering if anyone might know what era this is from. M easures 4 3/4" by 3 1/4".

 

According to the following World Book, Inc., World Book was founded in 1915. It is showing a logo of a globe.
