  1. Hello everyone

Does anyone know what these are? I was recently given them. 20180215_143032.jpg 20180215_143543.jpg

Congratulations on getting your photos downsized.

They all look nautical to me, including the pirate & the one in foul weather gear. Pipe smokers are caricatures of sea captains. Do they do anything other than stand there?

Cute little guys. Any marks on the bases or backs? And the 'potties' will want to know the size.

They look like the little souvenir nautical figurines you see in the gift shops of just about every town on the water in New England. Sometimes wooden, sometimes ceramic, sometimes likely resin.

  7. sadly no markings. They stand about 3 inches tall apart from the little guy. I live in England so looks like they have travelled a bit then.

Then perhaps there is an English of version of them.

There are enough seaside resort/vacation places. Wouldn't be surprising if the also offered this sort of thing. If they came all together, maybe souvenirs of many summertime return visits?

The hornpipe isn't easy. Give them some rum and play the music, they'll get the hang of it. Not too much rum, or they'll fall over and break.

She said no markings but we 'usual suspects' here know there could be some mysterious clue. :)

Maybe the 2 with peg legs could do it together.
