Common textile but has signature

I always stay away from these type of textiles, only this caught my eyes because it was laying in a bin at store and the signature was showing, so I grabbed it, I can't pass up a
$1 item when my heart jumps.
This probably has no value but, does anyone know who the artist is who signed this, or you think it was mass produced with signature ?

The signature, with copyright symbol in front of it, is woven in. Commercially made, with name of designer. Can't make out past Whit____.

Sellers have all described them as Treasures in the Attic throws by B. Whitaker.

It would be great as decor in one of those jumbled antiques/junk shops or to hang in front of the booth/table of someone who sells at flea markets, etc. I can see it tickling the fancy of someone at a swap meet. Hope you can get something you like in exchange.
