Looking for Info on Pottery Hat Shaped Bowl and Flower Frog

Hello Everyone! Vase measures 5" tall and 8 1/4" across the top. Frog is just a little under 4 1/4" across. I bought these together but they may be by separate companies as the colors are just a little different. The hat vase has a Haeger bottom but I couldn't find it in my books. Any information would be much appreciated.

I found some ruffled pottery flower pots, vases, etc listed as Matt Carlton Bauer Pottery with the same three stilt marks on the bottom. I honestly don't know if the sellers are right or not, but it might be a clue for you to check out.
Also, I've been looking at a lot of Bybee and Cornelison Bybee pottery lately. You can find lots of ruffled / wavy edge pottery under those searches too. But I don't think the way the bottoms are finished will match.

 

Color & shape is not right for Bauer. The pastel dull glaze reminds me of Hull or Monmouth. Both did a line of solid glazed pottery mimicking Calif 1930s-1940s pottery makers like Bauer, Pacific etc.
