This might be from that part of Israel called China.

I took it to a Priest, they didn't know. I took it to some friends of mine from India, no idea?

The text is Islamic but lots of stuff in China has (had) decoration made for the Persian market and bore non-Chinese characters. This stuff looks like acid etched brass to me and because the quality of the work is a bit haphazard, it could have been made anywhere, could even be a hobbyist creation.
You didn't mention the size; if coin-size they could also be tokens or even game pieces of some sort?

Are you sure they are copper? They look brass to me.
Which book did you find them in?

The zulfiqar is the symbol of Ali, the son-in-law of the prophet Muhammad. Ali is important in Shia Islam.
I don't know how the other symbols would fit in, and Islam is not in favour of snakes or snake symbolism.

There is a small chance they are connected to the Zar ceremony, which is practised in some Islamic countries. It is a ceremony to appease spirits, and a snake is sometimes seen as a 'personification' of an evil spirit.
But.... I have a few Zar amulets, and they look nothing like this.
Next, take them to a Shia imam.;)

There seem to be several disks in your photos. Are they all the same? Is the book on one side and the snake on the other? How big are they? I think we need a bit more information to help you.
