Recently I've found this nice piece and I was wondering if anyone can help me and tell me where should I look for more information about it. I am not looking for selling it I just want to know more about it because it looks really nice, handmade. Firm wood. But I cant find anything similar. Any ideas?
    Thank you.

Photos of back, insides, drawers, backs of drawers and dovetails please. And any locks. My first instinct is a good quality repro from the 50s. And British.

HUGE sideboard fan here! I know nothing about yours, however. Wait 'til Brad gets here.

I had one about the size of yours - kept it for over forty years. The top four drawers were named Winter. Spring, Summer, Fall, and I kept appropriate decorations within.

People seem to think that the size of such an animal prevents its use in today's rooms; Not So! Mine was with me in three different dwellings, from a 12-room house to a rather small condo. It held all my table linens, most of my silver, and a few other items of charm. :) Glad you aren't selling it!

I get a 70s repro vibe ,mainly because of the color. It looks sorta French in style. What a great piece! I dont think it was cheap when new.

    Well made, solid wood.
I'd guess late 60s into the 70s by a quality company.

Agreed. And I still think British.

Agree 60s-70s pseudo-French style. Probably not American is all I can say. Not sure of the wood. Maybe something like beech with a stain applied.
