I am trying to learn all i can about glass, which essentially means buying anything that stands out as a bit different. This pair of wine? glasses fit the bill.

They are heavy, with a snapped pontil. The bowls are very thick, and quite small for the overall size of the glass. However the purple inside the stem makes me think they are newer.

    23cm high, 6.5cm rim diameter

They have a safety rim which for me puts them in the newer category.

Belfor Crystal was one of the companies with color in the center of their stems.
