    The second name looks like Ceuta, which I only know as a Spanish enclave in Morocco.

    I don't know if this helps at all. It looks like a small bit of tape covers part of one letter.

    The marking looks like it was done with a Sharpie. It's possible it was the name of the owner rather than the maker.

    Its got an 80's Memphis feel to it for sure. Love it! Is it only signed on the one?

    That was the first thing I thought when I saw the signature. Unusual for a piece like this to have a maker's name in magic marker. It also looks like it might have written not once, but twice. Seems like I can see a shadow of the name underneath the darker name.

    Categorically not Clarice Cliff. I suspect fairly modern: I had a little milk jug like that I bought a few years back. Basically, they're ducks.

    I have a feeling, thinking about it, that mine were sold by Avon. Yellow beaks rather than red.
