Featured Can anyone tell me more about this CFH/GDM piece?

Can anyone tell me more about this piece? I know what the CFH/GDM stand for, but I cannot find anything to compare it to for finding out it's worth. It 's a very nice pieces even though there is no lid.
Without the lid it is 3 1/2 inches tall. About 3 1/2 inches wide when measuring it's widest part...not from edge of handle to edge of handle.
There is also a stamp that I can't see to clear...it looks like the letter "C" and maybe something else next to it.
I looked all over the internet and cannot find this pattern or type art anywhere.

I'm not sure what form this piece is. It seems too small for a sugar bowl, and the shape seems wrong. I'm not sure what kind of information you want. Are you looking for a name for the pattern?

 

Fig, I thought so, too, but then I saw a Haviland sugar that's about the same size
(3 3/8" tall) and a somewhat similar (tho NOT the same) shape. (Carmen's bowl at left; one from Replacements at right):

Again, they're not the same, but maybe a sugar bowl, after all?

 

If you go to the identification section in the link above it shows this which looks like it might be the same pattern. Hard to tell unless you see the same piece.
