Mystery Plaster work possibly from Church

Hi all,

We have been storing a few pieces from houses that we have remodeled in the past and have decided it is time to try and find a new home for some of this stuff. I was hoping some of you may be able to just point me to a place of information or help out here. Anything would be appreciated. I will include some photos and hopefully we can find something out. The first piece looks to maybe be a taken from an old wall perhaps. Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it's plaster? ICBW but it looks like terra cotta to me.

 

Terra cotta could very well be it. We unfortunately do not have any details of region or time frame of when it was made and were just thinking of ideas. We are trying to determine if this piece has any significant value before we find a new home for it.
