    Hi,
The round mark which is blotted out looks like the Old Virginia Brass mark. I usually see it on metal work.

I am familiar with Virginia Metalcrafters but not with Old Virginia Brass company. Do you have any examples of their mark? It is possible the sticker does not belong to the bowl.
Coming blank with the JT? and the R.U.S marks as well.

That might also be a Pi symbol and not JT.

My first thought was Pi but I found a similar mark that belongs to J.T. Abernathy.

I saw it as VB and thought of Villeroy and Boch but couldn't find a similar mark.

Rockdale has a facebook page. It looks like they made only salt glazed pottery with early American designs.

Ethan Allen--that made me laugh. I had decided it was an obscure Russian mark.
