    Hello!

I've got a few rugs that I'd love help identifying. Any help would be much appreciated.

    There are 3 total.

    1. Black and red woven with flowers.

    2. Larger possibly reproduction of middle eastern rug with a tag that I just can't seem to make out.

    3. Grey with blue diamond shapes hand made rug.

Thanks again for any help you can offer!

Noble Please go back and edit your post. At the bottom, there should be a button called More Options. Then go to the top of your photos and click Insert as full image. This will make it easier for the members to look at your photos.

The picture of the reverse looks more "machine made" than hand knotted to me. Using a very partial label to surface a "hit" online, seems very iffy to me.

I appreciate that. I did use wild cards after the KH to see if anything popped up. Often this doesn't work. I thought I made it clear that I wasn't speaking as a knowledgeable rug person. I was trying to encourage the poster to use the label as a starting point for research without seeming pedantic. I am sorry if you think I was misleading in my comment.

Good afternoon, friend! Could you please share if you have already found out the origin of those rugs? That would be interesting to me to know that. I am just a beginner in that field. I renovated my grandparents' house this summer and found a lot of antique rugs in the attic. I probably should make the same post as you did here. By the way, my mother likes DorisLeslieBlau rugs gallery in New York, she bought her vintage rugs there. She also recommended me to consult with them about the rugs I got from that old house. I am not sure, but maybe they will be able to help you, too.

Please post your rugs. Maybe someone here can help you to sort them.
