    Not sure if it is an agate,the broken tip doesn't have a conchoidal fracture.

    That’s another thing, I also thought it’s not quite agate as the label reads. At first I thought a nephrite or so but could be something else.
    I’d think those cracks are intential so they can inject dying pigments.
