SIC Carved painted mother & Child. Age?

    I'm not sure if this is solid wood carved. Might be sawdust and glue molded then carved and painted. Measures 7" x 9"
    Just wondering how old it might be. I know it's not antique.

    Looks pretty old to me. But haven't a clue on the age.

    That smaller figure in blue has a very full beard for a child.
