New member in love with old books!

    Hello, everyone!
    It is a pleasure to be a part of the community. I'm pretty new to the antique world, but after spending the better half of a year searching high and low for a book that has been out of print on the American market since the 1970s, I figured it was time to take my search from the local book dealers to an online format where there are people far more knowledgable about these treasure hunts than I am.

    I am an English teacher that has recently fallen in love with the authors of Japan's post-WW2 literary movement, and I've made it my new goal in life to collect their works, and research their lives.

    I look forward to getting to know everyone.

    I saw that you saw my wanted post, but for the sake of conversation I'll answer here too.
    I've really fallen in love with Japanese post-war authors, and I completed research on Osamu Dazai over the summer.
    Now I want to get my hands on all of Atsushi Nakajima's works. I have all of his shorts, there is just one novel that continues to escape me. His interpretation of RLS's life.

    You're very lucky to live so close to his ship!!

    She is in pretty rough shape but at least still in existence.
