Guesses at weak hallmark

    Marked 900 inside with a newer looking stamp

    Hard to tell what the mark is, and if it is a hallmark (guarantee, fineness, import, etc.) or a maker's mark.
    The style is Middle Eastern, could even be Afghan. And 900 is used a lot in ethnic jewellery overthere.

    The mark on the right could be the Egyptian lotus, but nothing else about it seems right to me for an Egyptian piece. AJ knows far more.
