I know nothing about it. It looks to be numbered and there’s a faint stamp on the bottom but I cannot decipher what it says. Additionally, there is a blue x on the bottom as well. Measures 6” wide x 9.5” tall. Any help would be much appreciated!

I think the scene is After Angelica Kauffmann.

Try Fragonard if not Limoges but not familiar with that picture on vase.

I can’t quite tell what it says. There appears to be a crown atop of the stamp though. That’s all I can really figure out

This is an vase made in England, as the mark has the word "England" stamped at the bottom. The central marking is comprised of a group of stylized letters: "E. P. Co."--periods added. This vase should date post 1891. The "x" can mean the vase is not for export and can indicate a lower quality production. The painted numbers appear to be in the same ink as the stamp, and indicate the Vase shape and Pattern Design.
