Welcome to the forum dener. Are you in Serbia or Romania?
I don't think this is a Roman ring, the crown looks much later. It does look antique.
I think this is something for @Bronwen to look at.

It is a lovely ring, as you say, very good condition, and nice natural wear.
I think we'll have to wait for Bronwen, she is a member who has a vast knowledge of cameo styles, and knows about classical and historical themes. This is not a cameo, but the depiction is related to some cameos.

Ring is meant to look as though it is set with an ancient coin, but does not really appear to be a genuine coin. May be from an impression of a very eroded specimen or original design in that manner.

The figure is wearing a 'mural crown', representing city walls, seen on Cybele, Tyche & Tanit. Tyche is common on coins, where she can be a representation of the city, an expression of its strength & welfare, plus good fortune/prosperity more generally. This coin was made at Smyrna c. 250 CE:

I do not recognize the lady on the ring, a question a numismatist might be able to answer.

In the views shown I see a possibility the ring dates to the Georgian period. A view showing it from the side would have more info.

I agree, it is not a coin. dener, it is worth looking into the history of your area to see of there is a queen or noblewoman who looks like this lady.
Just an explanation for dener, who may not know English history. The Georgian period is 1714-1830.

It could be something from Eastern Europe thus not anyone easy to recognize.

There were several changes of territory at that time between Austria and Ottoman
like this war: Austro–Turkish War (1716–18)
and that area near Dunav was under the Austrian administration for 20 years +-

I dont think this is a ring from Anatolia so my focus will be on Austrians and Hungarians queens and noblewomans, I guess
if somebody know anything more about this ring i will be pleased to hear . Thanks
