    I don't have any out there now, but most people here use their Ebay handles as their usernames on this board too. Most of what I do sell is jewelry.

    I think he's really looking for the bigger unworked chunks. For example bracelet stock, if you find the old tubes, can be very remunerative. One time I found an old nonworking clock in a yard sale, paid not much, and it sold for a pile. Most of the money was in the Deco bakelite case.

    I am a traveler.. USA and middle East.. how about antiques shops in USA. Could it good if I took a trip looking for bakelite in antiques shops all around USA?

    I like to have the antiques with do nothing on them. But the rods, I turn them to anything I can depending on its size

    Hi,
    Shame you did not write in sooner.:eek: My FIL's great uncle used to work for the Bakelite Factory. His job was to gather up all the pieces of left over Bakelite and haul them over to a large pond which used to be in Perth Amboy NJ. he filled in the pond and it was later paved over. He said he dumped tons of the stuff into the pond.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
