Russian hand painted kettle thing, Translation also

    Hoping someone can tell me what i bought here.
    Looks like Copper over stainless, wood handles, No pour spout? hand painted.
    About 3 1/2" tall and 6" wide from handles.
    The mark on the bottom was hard to photograph so I wrote down the word so someone can translate it. If we have someone who can translate Russian.
