I believe this is from Indonesia, a fantasy item representing no particular ethnicity; could be brand-new, or 10-20 years old. Likely from the island of Lombok, where the carving of masks of all sorts is a cottage industry.

Masks in this style are not based on old or traditional patterns, but are designs invented for the tourist trade. The export industry in Indonesia did not begin until around 1972, and then in only a limited way. It did not really take off until the era of the big import houses such as Alibaba and the like, and the import shops such as Pier1.
So this could go back to 1990, even. But we are talking about a style of export mask that is currently being made and sold, not something rare; so whether the date is 2017 or 1990, the value is likely around $50 at most.
Sorry to bear bad news; and maybe others will have other opinions. But I'm pretty familiar with the Indonesian carving industry, and that is the area of origin, and the date, that I feel it belongs to.
