Featured Necklace with freshwater pearls and ... what else?

    I know the little white ones are freshwater pearls but...are the large yellow/cream colored things some type of pearl as well? If not - what are they? They are hard and slightly cool to the touch. Also there are some very small glass bead/spacers in there.

    The strand is about 18" overall. The small pearls are about 1/4". The yellow ones are about 5/8" - 3/4" inch diameter.

    Generally I can't give those beads away. If they can get any real money out of them, go for it.
