Any info on this old watch?

Hey all,

Would like to know more about this tiny Roamer watch belonged to my grandmother. I'm guessing the year of manufacture could be 50s-70s? The watch still works..

Also, what does the following mean as marked on the watch?

• 17 jewels
• In Cabloc
• LUNETTE
• PLAQUE OR L
• 20 MICRONS
• FOND ACERINOX

• In Cabloc Incabloc is a tiny spring device to protect the balance staff from shocks like being dropped on the floor.
  
• LUNETTE The bezl holding the glass
  
• PLAQUE OR L The bezel is gold plated, in fact the whole front is gold plated
  
• 20 MICRONS Thickness of the plating.
  
• FOND ACERINOX Stainless steel, what the rest of the case is made of.
